The Classical Academy sophomore Matthew Edwards won the boys 3A individual title and led the Titans to their first team title since 2017 with a 37-48 victory over Salida at the Colorado High School Activites Association state championship meet at Norris Penrose Events Center in Colorado Springs. Edwards, who elevated from 14th place last season, covered the 5-kilometer course in 15:34.5 to lead six athletes in the top 20 for The Classical Academy.
